1. Return Period

You may return most new, unused items sold by Vista Corporation within 48 HOURS of delivery for a full refund.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Uninstalled: The item must be in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition. We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used, damaged, or installed.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all accompanying components, manuals, and hardware.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These include:

  • Electrical components (e.g., sensors, relays, wiring harnesses) if the packaging seal has been broken.

  • Fluids and chemicals (e.g., oil, coolant, brake fluid).

  • Final sale, clearance, or special-order items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds
